We specialize in turning fracture critical components from hard stock. Our turning equipment includes some of the most sophisticated, state-of-the-art machines available anywhere. Coupled with skilled craftsmen, we routinely tackle parts other companies try to avoid. Our premier turning center is a Mori Seiki NL 3000 MC with live tools. The NL series features a motor inside the turret directly coupled to the milling tools to eliminate secondary operations. By completing workpieces in a single machine set-up, we can substantially improve process flow and reduce cost and lead times.
