John Ferry - President. John brings over 15 years of senior management experience in aerospace. Previous roles included running a global aerospace business for Smiths Aerospace with responsibility for facilities in both the US and UK. He has a strong background in lean manufacturing and an MBA from Bath University and an honors degree in Economics and Finance from Dundee University.

Fred J. Paglia - Vice President of Sales. Fred joined CNC Diversified Inc. in January 2007; he has over 30 years of experience and leadership capability in the aerospace industry. Fred began his aerospace career gaining a true understanding of airframe manufacturing before entering into his 17 year sales tenure, He has held a variety of executive level capacities, including Sales, Business and General Management positions. Fred maintained full responsibility for developing new business opportunities and long term customer relationships, ultimately increasing growth revenues for some of the largest complex airframe manufacturers in the Western United States. Fred's strong ability to support his customer requirements is key to the growth and expansion of CNC Diversified Inc.

Tran Hung - Programming Manager. Tran's career in NC machining began in 1981 on 3-axis machining and progressed to 5-axis as that technology and equipment was introduced. Tran has been programming both 4-axis and 5-axis milling machines since 1987, using Mastercam, Smartcam, and CATIA. With over twenty years of combined machining, programming, inspection and supervision experience on a variety of components for commercial airplane, space and defense applications Tran is a valuable asset to each client project.
